If you have personal problems and difficulties, you can call on the professional help of our social workers. We will get an idea of the situation, advise you and work with you to find solutions.

Our services:

• Advice and help with personal (family, interpersonal), social (workplace, housing) and financial (low income, budget advice) matters
• Provision of financial assistance if you cannot cover your subsistence needs with your income (statutory assistance)
• Placement in work projects
• Information about social insurance and transfer benefits (unemployment insurance, health insurance, AHV/IV, rent contributions, premium reductions and others).

If necessary, we can arrange further services at the office or other specialized institutions and facilities.
