Social Counseling
If you have personal problems and difficulties, you can seek the professional help of our social workers. We get a picture of the situation, advise you and look for solutions together with you
Our services:
- Counseling and assistance with personal (family, interpersonal), social (workplace, housing) and financial (low-income, budget counseling) issues
- Authorization of economic assistance, if you can not cover your subsistence needs with their income (legal assistance)
- Placement in work projects
- Information about social insurance and transfer benefits (unemployment insurance, health insurance, AHV/IV, rent contributions, premium reduction and others).
If necessary, we arrange further services in the office or other specialized institutions and facilities.
