GDL provision within the scope of the Trade Act for companies outside the EU/EEA or Switzerland
If you are a company outside of EU/EEA states or Switzerland and are authorized to take up and exercise an activity there, you may be authorized to temporarily and occasionally provide cross-border services in Liechtenstein within the scope of your authorization if:
- the foreign authorization is equivalent to the Liechtenstein trade authorization;
- countervailing rights exist; and
- a domestic address for service has been designated.
