Reporting of a discrepancy
Persons subject to due diligence are obliged to report a discrepancy between the data on beneficial owners entered in the Register of Beneficial Owners and the information on beneficial owners made available to them to the Office of Justice within 30 days from gaining knowledge. This also applies to the authorities mentioned in Art. 13 of the Act on the Register of Beneficial Owners of Legal Entities (VwbPG) if this does not unnecessarily interfere with their legal mandate.
Discrepancies must be reported to the Office of Justice by using the official form:
