The requirements of the labour market, but also personal ones, change in the course of working life. We support you in actively planning and shaping your career. In this process, we pin down your professional situation and reflect on your interests, skills and motivation. With the help of an expert, you will define your goals and work on steps for implementation.

We provide support for:

• professional re-orientation and identification of perspectives;
• questions related to education and training;
• dealing with the dynamics and uncertainty in career development;
• re-entering the labour market;
• developing and maintaining labour market skills and motivation.

For short conversations, we are available at our Career Information Centre (BIZ) during opening hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. At the Centre, you can obtain information, find answers to your questions and plan further steps.
