"angek(l)ickt" - media prevention performance

Angeklickt Webseite

Media are omnipresent and media literacy is a current topic that concerns us all. Media literacy means using media consciously and, above all, responsibly.

Media literacy also means dealing competently with digital media - for example, being cautious with personal data on the Internet, critically examining information, observing general rules of conduct and also being able to shield oneself from excessive digital distractions.

For this reason, a media prevention performance was realized in cooperation with the Fachgruppe Medienkompetenz Liechtenstein(www.medienkompetenz.li).

The angek(l)ickt project was an interactive, multimedia performance realized in collaboration with Tamara Kaufmann (professional dancer and choreographer). Important information and media-preventive ideas are presented in a live solo stage performance using multimedia, dance, movement, spoken texts and music. An unconventional production that presents the important content for acquiring media literacy in a factual, informative but also theatrical and dancing way in a multimedia live performance lasting around 55 minutes.

Three productions have been created so far:

  • angek(l)ickt: secondary level 1 (8th/9th grade), parents' evenings
  • angek(l)ickt JUNIOR: Primary school 4th - 6th grade (cycle 2)
  • angek(l)ickt KIDS: Primary school 1st/2nd grade (cycle 1)

Additional material has been created to allow the content to be deepened in a workshop adapted to the respective target audience after the input performance. Further information at www.angeklickt.li
