The Swiss legal provisions applicable in Liechtenstein on the basis of the customs treaty with Switzerland shall apply to the issuance of international trade legitimation cards for large-scale travelers.

Large travelers seek orders from businessmen and enterprises as employees of a company. The international business identification card, which is issued on the basis of the agreement to simplify customs formalities, allows holders to operate in the approximately 50 contracting states without further formalities.

In Liechtenstein and Switzerland, large-scale travelers are not subject to a permit requirement. However, individual contracting states require identification. In this case, the Office of National Economy, Trade Law Department, can issue the international trade legitimation card for employees of companies based in Liechtenstein.
