General partnership (Open partnership)
The general partnership is an association of two or more partners for an economic or non-economic purpose, in the sense that each partner has unlimited personal and joint liability. The general partnership is not a legal entity, but it has nevertheless the capacity to sue and to be sued.
The general partnership must be registered in the commercial register.
