Administrative criminal proceedings, fines, posting ban and publication
If a violation of the Posted Workers Act is suspected, the Office of National Economy (AVW) initiates proceedings. If the violation is established, the AVW issues an administrative penalty order or an administrative penalty decision. Depending on their nature and content, these penalty decisions may be appealed to the AVW or to the Administrative Appeals Commission.
In the event of repeated violations, the AVW may impose a ban on posting and thus prohibit the posting party from posting employees to Liechtenstein for a period of up to 5 years.
