Cross-border commuter permit for third-country nationals (G)

Art. 22 in conjunction with Art. 29 of the Ausländergesetzes (AuG, LGBl. 2008 No. 311)
Scope of application:
A cross-border commuter permit may be issued to third-country nationals who wish to take up employment in Liechtenstein and return to their place of residence abroad every working day.
Deadlines:
The complete application must be submitted to the Migration and Passport Office no later than 14 days before the planned start of employment
General information:
The job may only be taken up after the permit has been issued
