How EU Law becomes EEA Law
The Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA Agreement) enables the EEA/EFTA States (Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway) to participate in the EU Internal Market. For an EU act to apply to the EEA/EFTA States, the EEA Joint Committee must adopt a Decision to incorporate the act into the EEA Agreement.
