New ConstructionAV 2023
The government approved the amendment to the Construction Works Ordinance (BauAV) at its meeting on January 17, 2023.
The Construction Work Ordinance has been structurally adapted for better understanding, and individual paragraphs have been transferred to new articles. The entire ordinance was editorially revised, this also affects articles and paragraphs that are unchanged in content.
The total revision of the Liechtenstein ConstructionAV brings the level of protection in Liechtenstein in line with that in Switzerland. The provisions were largely taken over from the "Swiss BauAV"; with the exception of Art. 4 Safety and Health Protection Concept, as this article is already covered in Liechtenstein by the Construction Work Coordination Act (BauKG).
