Brief project description
The current design of the Liechtenstein passport has remained largely unchanged for more than 20 years. According to International Affairs recommendations, the design of travel documents should be adapted from time to time in order to reduce the risk of counterfeiting. In the current generation of passports, the individual pages are designed differently, which significantly increases the risk of forgery. For these reasons, the redesign of the Liechtenstein passport is necessary.

- Liechtenstein has a passport that meets International Affairs requirements with a new design concept (incl. security design)
- Involvement of the Liechtenstein population in the design of the passport (design competition)
