Forms eGD
If you do not have an eID.li, you can exercise your rights directly using forms.
You can find the forms here.
You can take the following actions using these forms:
- Register the Opt-Out
- Revoke Opt-Out
- Exercise participant rights eGD (for example delete individual data or hide)
- Set up and revoke substitutions
- Assert objection as a proxy
- Exercise participant rights as a proxy
Power of attorney template
A power of attorney is required to set up a proxy in the eGD. This power of attorney is to be attached to the application per the form linked above. The template for this can be found here.
