Sign theft
Please proceed as follows in the event of sign theft:
Pair of signs:
- If a pair of signs or a single sign from a pair of signs is stolen, this theft must be reported immediately to the Liechtenstein National Police.
- Once reported, the plates will be blocked for 15 years and entered in the search system.
- Redeemed vehicles must be transferred to a new plate.
Motorcycle plates:
- If a motorcycle license plate is stolen, this theft must be reported immediately to the Liechtenstein National Police.
- Once reported, the plate will be blocked for 15 years and listed in the search system.
- Redeemed vehicles must be transferred to a new plate.
