Counseling and complaints office
The Consultation and Complaints Office, which is part of the Government Chancellery (SRC), is the point of contact and information for people seeking advice and help. In its function as an interface between the population and the responsible government and official agencies, it provides advice free of charge and free of fees in the area of activity of the public administration.
People seeking advice can contact the Advice and Complaints Office by telephone or - after making an appropriate appointment - in person, where their concerns are received. Routine matters and simple inquiries are handled or answered independently by the head of the Advice and Complaints Office. Further personal consultations and the receipt of complaints are the responsibility of the relevant ministries or offices.
