The Victim Assistance Center conducts counseling sessions with the necessary protective measures . We are available by phone, mail or in the premises of the victim assistance center. For a personal conversation in the office, please make an appointment.

The consultations take place on the premises of the Victim Support Center, by telephone or via mail and are free of charge. Together we will clarify what is helpful for you at the moment. You can find more helpful information under the Publications section.

• Financial assistance within the framework of the Victim Assistance Act

• Assistance in claiming damages; claims must be filed within 5 years after the crime
