What is an LVC?
The term LVC (Liechtenstein Venture Cooperative) refers to the use of the legal form of a small cooperative in accordance with Art. 483 et seq. of the Liechtenstein Persons and Companies Act (PGR) for innovation purposes. LVCs are therefore generally legal entities under Liechtenstein law.
They are designed to provide a legal structure for cooperation between multiple parties in the development of an innovation — a structure that takes into account the specific characteristics of innovative business ideas and their conditions, while offering founders legal certainty and fairness.

Innovation framework
Innovative agility and legal certainty
The Liechtenstein Innovation Framework ensures dynamic, continuous development of the framework and location conditions on the one hand and a high degree of legal certainty for private individuals and companies on the other.
The positive response from companies shows that the framework has proven its worth and has already contributed to an improvement in the economic framework conditions. The dialog between the government and market participants is important and will be further intensified in the future. In order to continue this success, structures, processes and resources are being strengthened and continuously developed.
