Consultation

The Office for Communications is conducting a market analysis of Liechtenstein's wholesale market for dedicated capacities. As the analysis finds effective competition in the market for dedicated capacity at the retail and wholesale levels, based on the regulation of access to the physical network infrastructure, the Office plans to conclude the market analysis without imposing any measures.

The market analysis document is now being published for consultation in order to inform market participants and give them the opportunity to comment.
