Folding school communication

In future, all Liechtenstein schools will have a standardized communication tool for communication between parents/guardians and the school. The following schools are already using Klapp:

Municipal schools + Timeout School

Secondary schools

Klapp enables simple and efficient communication between teachers and parents/guardians. They are free to use Klapp and receive information, appointments and letters to parents conveniently on their smartphone, tablet or computer. They can also easily send sick notes for their children via Klapp or have messages from the school translated into different languages.

Parents/guardians will receive a separate invitation letter from the school as soon as Klapp is offered by the school. The schools already active are listed above. In order to process personal data via Klapp, we require your consent, which can be revoked at any time. You can register and connect with your children's school in the following ways:

  1. Klapp school communication - download the app (QR codes below) or access the Klapp portal: www.klapp.mobi
  2. Create an account
  3. Check your email inbox and set a password
  4. You can now log in with your e-mail address and your chosen password.
  5. Enter the code you received from the school in the separate invitation letter to verify yourself as the legal guardian for the respective children. You will then be connected to the school and can use Klapp.

Klapp is a secure communication solution: The data is transmitted in encrypted form and secured in Switzerland. The privacy policy can be found on the website of the school authority: https: //www.llv.li/de/landesverwaltung/schulamt/datenschutz
