National announcements

In the area of national thresholds, contracts awarded by open or restricted procedure, competitive dialog or as part of an innovation partnership must be published by the contracting authority by means of a public notice (advertisement) in the official Liechtenstein publication media in the German language(Article 17, paragraph 1 of the OeAWV).

The content of the announcement is governed by Article 16, paragraph 2 of the OeAWV.
Depending on the type of contracting authority, the following template must be used for the preparation of public notices:

In the case of negotiated, open and restricted procedures as well as the competitive dialog or the innovation partnership, the result of the award procedure must be published in the official publication medium by means of the "Contract award notice".
