The activities of the Office of Statistics are based on the Statistics Act of 17 September 2008, LGBl. 2008 No. 271. The Statistics Act, together with the obligations under the EEA Agreement, provides the framework for statistical activities. The Statistics Ordinance regulates the scope of statistical publications.
