Employer
Every Liechtenstein employer is obliged to insure its employees against accidents (occupational and non-occupational accidents) and occupational illnesses.
Compulsory and voluntary insurance in accordance with the Law on Compulsory Accident Insurance is provided by the insurers listed in the register of insurers authorized to provide compulsory accident insurance in Liechtenstein. The employer is free to choose from these insurers.
