15/02/2024: Decree revoking the allocation of rights of use to means of identification (addresses)
On 31 January 2024, the Office for Communications (AK) issued a Decree revoking the Decree of 13 January 2015 ex officio with immediate effect. The revocation includes the allocation of the following individual rights of use to means of identification (addresses):
The Decision is based on Art. 11 para. 1 lit. b of the Ordinance of 8 May 2007 on Means of Identification and Frequencies in Electronic Communications in conjunction with Point 3 of the Ordinance of 13 January 2015 and Reason 7 of the Decree of 4 December 2023.
The decision is legally effective as no appeal was lodged within the appeal period and can be accessed here (in German).
