Tender and contract documents

With resolution LNR 2016-100 BNR 2016/1269 of 6 September 2016, the Government of the Principality of Liechtenstein decided to modernize the tendering and contracting system for awards and contracts of the National Administration. With this decision, the then Office for Construction and Infrastructure was instructed to use the following standard templates for work and planning contracts, general terms and conditions of contract and submission regulations with immediate effect.
