Alles Wurscht?

"Alles Wurscht?"

...is a project in the context of health promotion,
of the Office of Public Health, Liechtenstein.

Balanced meals with fresh, regional and seasonal products form the basis for a healthy lifestyle. Our recipes are healthy and also easy to cook.

The beloved "Wurscht" in all variations is traditionally part of our culture. You will find healthy alternatives and ideas in our various sections. Whether for everyday cooking, the sports festival, the party with friends or the family celebration - we have the right recipe for it.

Catering at club and public occasions is often very traditional and not very health-oriented. Thus, the first version of the flyer "Alles Wurscht?" was created in 2007, as an alternative offer and idea generator for healthy catering at events. The health commissions Schellenberg and Gamprin developed the flyer at that time. According to the motto: both - and. Sausage and bread, belong to our food culture. But - there is also something else!

In 2014 the idea of a website was born. The Office of Public Health, in close cooperation with the community health commissions, then redesigned the content and designed many new sections.  Today, "Alles Wurscht?" serves anyone who wants to learn about balanced nutrition. The website has also been enhanced with a specific Liechtenstein reference. All recipes are very simple in structure and easy to recreate.

Continuous expansion and adjustments with further information, links to recipes and much more will keep the site attractive for years to come.

Health recommendations have also been included. This is basic information, presented simply and understandably.

An additional service represents thesection "CO2-fit".  We use it to show that our recipes are not only good for our health, but also climate-friendly at the same time. After all, our diet is responsible for around one third of the consumption-related greenhouse gas emissions in Europe. That is enormous! So by adopting more climate-friendly eating habits, we can make a significant contribution to overcoming major problems with global warming and the resource crisis, while also living healthier.
