Cooperative society
A cooperative society is a cooperative body organized as the joining together of a non-closed number of persons or commercial companies, whose main purpose is to promote or safeguard certain economic interests of its members by way of mutual self-help.
The cooperative society must be registered in the Commercial Register, unless it is a small cooperative society.

The Office of Justice does not draw up deeds or contracts, except drawing up the public deeds required by law and providing assistance with the submission.
