Parental care

The children, as long as they are minors, are under parental care.

During marriage, the parents exercise this jointly.

If the parents are not married to each other, parental care shall be vested in the mother.

If she is still a minor or incapacitated, the Princely District Court shall transfer parental care to the father or appoint a guardian for the child, depending on what the child's welfare requires.
