Functions of the RMS road database

The application makes a range of functions and evaluations possible on the computer:

• Virtual driving through the individual streets (digital video film)
• Query of the road kilometer at any position
• Measurement of road widths and lengths from the video
• Height measurement of objects
• Image montage of traffic signs and guidance systems
• Display of data in the geographic information system

There are currently around 25 database topics available for a wide variety of road infrastructures. Thanks to the direct connection of the database to the digital video film, the data can be recorded directly from the office workstation.
