International Affairs thresholds
Pursuant to Art. 33 Para. 1 ÖAWSG,contracting authorities in the sectors may use the open procedure, restricted procedure, negotiated procedure, competitive dialog or innovation partnership, depending on the appropriateness.
It should be noted that the direct award procedure does not exist in the area of international thresholds and therefore at least one negotiated procedure must be carried out in any case.
The international thresholds for contracting authorities "Enterprise Sectors" are defined in the announcement of the thresholds for the award of public contracts in the sectors.
