In practice, a search function on the "Your Europe" portal provides access to:

• Information - citizens can easily find reliable, quality information on the EEA and national rules that apply to them when they want to exercise their Single Market rights;
• Procedures - citizens can find out exactly how to carry out administrative procedures and what steps they need to take;
• Support services - if users are still unsure about which rules apply or have problems with a procedure, they will be directed to the most appropriate EEA or national support service to resolve their problem.
