Mobile phone loss
If your mobile phone, laptop or tablet is stolen or you lose it, someone else may be making unauthorised calls or using other paid mobile phone services at your expense.
For this reason, have your mobile phone blocked instantly after theft or loss and notify your network operator without delay. This may require your customer password. You should also report cases of theft to the police immediately. It is important to know the 15-digit IMEI number of your phone. This serial number (located under the battery and on the original packaging or retrievable dialling *#06#) cannot be deleted or removed, which makes it possible to identify every mobile phone. Check if your household insurance covers theft or loss of your mobile phone.
