MinergieP/MinergieA
Certified Minergie-P and Minergie-A buildings are subsidized.
Minergie-P refers to nearly zero-energy buildings that are characterized in particular by their outstanding building envelope and the associated comfort. Minergie-A buildings produce more energy than they consume and thus combine living comfort with maximum energy independence.
Funding application
The funding application and the power of attorney must always be submitted in full and on paper, including all enclosures. Submissions by e-mail are not sufficient. The content of applications will only be processed once the application documents have been received in full.
The funding contributions for a certified Minergie‑P or Minergie‑A building are based on the energy reference area (ERA / EBF).
EBF ≤ 500 m²:
Lump sum of CHF 15,000EBF > 500 m²:
CHF 30.– per m², however maximum CHF 60,000
-
A Minergie‑P or Minergie‑A certificate is available.
-
The controlled ventilation system (supply and exhaust air system) is equipped with heat recovery.
Mandatory Other Provisions The measure is not subsidized if it is mandatory due to other legal regulations in accordance with Art. 4. para. 2a) EEG (e.g. development plan, air conditioning, swimming pool heating, conversion, etc.).
Repeat Funding Funding grants are awarded only once per measure; repeat funding of the same measure is only possible after a period of 20 years has elapsed.
For the assessment of any potential funding after 20 years, the original funding approval date is decisive.
Minergie is the Swiss building standard for comfort, efficiency and climate protection – for both new buildings and renovations. A key role is played by the high-quality building envelope and a controlled air exchange system.
Minergie buildings are also characterised by the consistent use of renewable energy sources and by harnessing the potential of solar energy. They are CO₂‑free in operation and minimise greenhouse gas emissions during construction.
