Fixed network charges (M1) of Telecom Liechtenstein AG

Consultation on the Decree approving regulated charges concerning market M1 for access to the public telephone network at fixed locations of Telecom Liechtenstein AG (6 November 2018)

Telecom Liechtenstein AG has submitted its price lists to the Office for Communications for approval based on the obligations arising from the Decree on measures of special regulation for access to the public telephone network at fixed locations (market M1).

The Office for Communications is conducting a consultation on the Decree by which it will approve and/or set the regulated charges for access to the public telephone network at fixed locations. The regulation of charges concerns both retail telephone lines (analogous and ISDN) and wholesale services including VoIP line and VoIP trunk connections.

Pursuant to Art. 46 of the Communications Act, interested parties concerned have the opportunity to submit comments during the consultation process. Should you be interested in doing so, we look forward to receiving your statements.
