Unemployment insurance (ALV)
The Unemployment Insurance Act was enacted in 1969. In 2010, a total revision took place, which is in force from January 1, 2011.
The Unemployment Insurance Fund is financed by contributions from employers and employees.
The contributions of the ALV (insurance premiums) are collected by the AHV-IV-FAK institutions.
