Self-employed service providers and posted workers must report all services. An electronic reporting system is available for this purpose. It is mandatory to report the provision of services before commencing work.
Up to 90 days
Services lasting more than 90 days are always subject to authorization. Self-employed service providers and posted persons who return to their normal place of residence every day only receive a confirmation of registration for the duration of the service provision. The permit application must be submitted at least four weeks before the end of the 90-day period.
From 91 days
