Branch
A branch is a commercial company which is part of a principal office and is depending on that. A branch executes similar purposes in own premises like the principal office.
A legal person may have one or more branches in addition to its principal office.
It is distinguished between branches of a domestic legal entity, of a legal entity with its registered principal office in the European Economic Area and of a legal entity with its registered principal office outside the European Economic Area. The requirements for entry in the Commercial Register will differ, accordingly.

The Office of Justice does not draw up deeds or contracts, except drawing up the public deeds required by law and providing assistance with the submission.
