182 naturalizations of persons residing in Liechtenstein

A total of 252 people were naturalized in 2024. 72.2% were domiciled in Liechtenstein and 27.8% were registered with a foreign domicile.

Of the 182 people residing in Liechtenstein, 54.4% were granted Liechtenstein citizenship as a result of long-term residence. A further 19.2% were naturalized as a result of marriage and 25.3% on the basis of the ordinary procedure (citizens' vote). In addition, 0.5% (one person) were naturalized through foreign children of Liechtenstein mothers and through adoption. No naturalizations by legitimation were recorded.
