In addition, up-to-date information on account holders intheLiechtenstein Kyoto Registry can be accessed directly on theEuropean Transaction Log (EUTL) website.

In accordance with Annex XIII of the European Commission’s Registry Regulation (EC) No. 920/2010, the EUTL publishes the following information regarding installations linked to operator accounts and aircraft operators:

• a.as of April 1 of year (X 1), the verified emissions of the installation for the preceding year;
• b.After May 15 of each year (X 1), the number of surrendered allowances, CERs, and ERUs that the company has transferred to the national account to cover the verified emissions of the previous year;
• c.As of May 1 of each year (X 1), a compliance status indicator. This indicator specifies whether the respective company has fulfilled its obligations to surrender a sufficient number of allowances to cover its verified emissions or not.

In addition, the number of allowances allocated to an entity must be published each year.

The data mentioned above can be viewed directly inthe EUTL, sorted by operator or aircraft operator accounts.

The information on verified emissions allows the public to learn the actual CO2 emissions from a facility, which have been calculated using approved monitoring methods and verified by an independent verification body.
