Submission
The application requires a handwritten signature.
You can complete the application electronically and thus take advantage of the online form. After entering your application data, you must print out the application, sign it and submit it in paper form to the relevant office.Among the reasons why an application cannot be submitted electronically are:Prerequisites

Necessary documents and information
If it is a paper promissory note, it must be converted into a registered promissory note and the paper promissory note must be enclosed
Note
The use of eID.li and therefore electronic signing and submission is not possible for the following reasons:
- The application may not be signed electronically in accordance with the signature law or a special law. The application requires multiple signatures.
- Art. 525 SR, supporting documents must be kept in the original and bound consecutively in document books.
The signatures of all parties involved are required.
