Who are contracting "sectors companies"?
Commissioning authorities in the sector are the contracting authorities operating in the water, energy, transport and postal services sectors provided that they carry out activities within the meaning of Articles 5 to 7 of the Law on Public Procurement in the Sectors. This includes, for example
- the country of Liechtenstein,
- the municipalities,
- the institutions under public law as well as public enterprises,
- the water supply Liechtensteiner Unterland WLU,
- the Group Water Supply Liechtenstein Upper Country GWO,
- the Liechtenstein Power Plants LKW,
- the Liechtenstein Heat,
- the transport company Liechtenstein Mobil,
- the Liechtenstein Post AG and
- the mountain railroads Malbun AG.
