Administrative process for incorporation of health professions companies

The following is the process for the incorporation of health professions companies:

  1. Submit application form with all required enclosures to the Office of Public Health.
  2. Review of the submitted documents by the Office of Public Health.
  3. If everything complies with the requirements, a certificate is issued to the Office of Justice, Commercial Register Devision, as well as to the applicant.
  4. Formation of the company and entry in the Commercial Register.
  5. Submission of proof of entry in the Commercial Register (extract from the Commercial Register) by the applicant to the Office of Public Health.
  6. Preparation of a fee order and entry in the list of health profession companies by the Office of Public Health.
  7. Fees for registration in the list of health profession companies: 1,700 francs.
