Air pollution control

People need an average of 12,000 liters of Air per day to breathe. The aim of air pollution control is to reduce the emission of air pollutants and thus minimize the concentration of air pollutants in the interests of health and the environment.

News: "Fire, wood and Air" issue

"Fire, wood and Air" is the first themed booklet from the air pollution control offices of the cantons of Eastern Switzerland and Liechtenstein. It summarizes everything that makes an environmentally friendly wood combustion system: CO2-neutral fuel from the region, health, air quality, correct firing, approval, control and measurement as well as selecting the right wood combustion system.
