Certified Minergie-P and Minergie-A buildings are promoted
Minergie-P refers to ultra-low-energy buildings that are particularly notable for their outstanding building envelope and associated comfort.
Minergie-A buildings produce more energy than they consume, combining living comfort with maximum energy independence.
Funding application/ Construction completion certificate
The funding application and the power of attorney must generally be submitted in full and in paper form, including all attachments. Submissions via email are not sufficient. The content of applications will only be processed once the application documents have been received in full.

financial support amount
The subsidies for a certified Minergie-P or Minergie-A building are based on the energy reference area (EBF).
Minergie P / Minergie A
- ≤ 500 m2 = CHF 15,000 flat rate
- > 500 m2 = CHF 30.- /m2, max. CHF 60'000.-
Conditions/ Prerequisites
- A Minergie-P or Minergie-A certificate is available

The controlled ventilation system (supply and exhaust air system) must have heat recovery

The measure is not funded if it due to other legal provisions according to Art 4. para. 2a) EEG mandatory prescribed (eg Überbauungsplan, air conditioning, swimming pool heating, conversion, etc.).
