Economic social assistance
Whoever finds himself in a financial emergency and is unable to provide for himself and his family members is entitled to economic social assistance. Economic social assistance ensures the social subsistence minimum. The financial support serves to cover basic subsistence needs, housing costs and health-related costs (e.g. health insurance premiums).
