Administrative procedure for the incorporation of Doctor's companies
The following is the procedure for the incorporation of Doctor's companies:
- Submit application form with all required enclosures to the Office of Public Health.
- Review of the submitted documents by the Office of Public Health.
- If everything complies with the requirements, a certificate is sent to the Office of Justice, Commercial Register Devision as well as to the applicant.
- Establishment of the company and entry in the Commercial Register.
- Submission of proof of entry in the Commercial Register (extract from the Commercial Register) by the applicant to the Office of Public Health.
- Preparation of a fee order and entry in the list of Doctor's companies by the Office of Public Health.
- Fees for registration in the list of Doctor's companies: 2000 francs.
