Administrative procedure for the incorporation of Doctor's companies

The following is the procedure for the incorporation of Doctor's companies:

  1.  Submit application form with all required enclosures to the Office of Public Health.
  2.  Review of the submitted documents by the Office of Public Health.
  3.  If everything complies with the requirements, a certificate is sent to the Office of Justice, Commercial Register Devision as well as to the applicant.
  4.  Establishment of the company and entry in the Commercial Register.
  5.  Submission of proof of entry in the Commercial Register (extract from the Commercial Register) by the applicant to the Office of Public Health.
  6.  Preparation of a fee order and entry in the list of Doctor's companies by the Office of Public Health.
  7.  Fees for registration in the list of Doctor's companies: 2000 francs.
