Accreditation / confirmation of professional competence
The Liechtenstein Accreditation Service (LAS) is responsible for all accreditations in the legally regulated and non-regulated area. As a department of the Office of National Economy, it is based on the Law on Accreditation and Notification (1) (LR 941.22).
The Liechtenstein Accreditation Body has in particular the following tasks:
- Supervision of the accredited bodies
- Supervision of applications for accreditation and notification
- Secretariat of the Accreditation Council
Joint letter of the accreditation bodies of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein (D-A-CH-LI)
Unification of the principles for the presentation of scopes of accreditation of testing laboratories
