Who are contracting entities "bodies governed by private law"?
contracting entities "Einrichtungen des privaten Rechts" are subject to the Act on Public Procurement in cases of subsidization of contracts awarded with Ordinance of more than 50% of construction, supply and service contracts established by the Liechtenstein, municipalities or bodies governed by public law.
In cases of a subsidy of 30 % by the Liechtenstein, the municipalities or institutions governed by public law, the law shall be applied if the subsidy amounts to at least 300,000 Swiss francs.
Institutions under private law are in particular cooperatives, associations and other unions.
This includes, for example, projects of the Foundation for Curative Education Assistance in Liechtenstein or the Liechtenstein Alpine Club, provided that these projects are subsidized accordingly
