Requirements
What you need as a customer to be able to deal electronically with the authorities
Minimum you need a computer with internet access and internet browser. With these system requirements, you can:
- query public information
- contact a government agency without obligation
- submit applications online, which do not require identification or a signature
If you also have a product for user registration (login), you can additionally:
- submit online applications
- use online applications
- retrieve personal data
- receive personal documents
- maintain communication data
- benefit from automatic pre-population of applications with personal data

System requirements
General system requirements
For the use of this administration portal and the online switch available here, a common internet browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer (from version 10), Microsoft Edge or Apple Safari is sufficient.
For user login (login), the following products apply:
- eID.li (www.eID.li - mobile-based eID)
lilog will remain available until an adequate solution is available for companies (e.g. eRepresentation combined with an alternative issuing procedure for the eID.li, e.g. via video identification). This is expected to be the case at the beginning of 2022.
lisign will no longer be supported as a means of identification since 1.01.2021.
System requirements for eID.li:
- The eID.li app is available for download from the Google Play Store (Android version 5 and above) and Apple Store (iOS version 10 and above).
