Work, Study and Career Guidance

The ABB's Work Guidance Department is responsible for providing support and individual counseling on vocational, academic and career issues.

Main tasks of the Work Guidance Department are:

• Support and guidance of young people and their parents in the process of career or school choice;
• Counseling young adults with ambiguities, concerns, and decisions related to college choice;
• Support of adults in questions about career, further education, as well as the active design of their careers.

In the foreground is the personal conversation, in which the concern is processed and the next steps are planned.
