Founding in 5 steps

In Liechtenstein, entrepreneurship is strongly pronounced and is already evident when founding a company. Short distances to contact persons and a manageable tax law make the location attractive for founders. 

1.  Selection of the legal form
    Choose the appropriate legal form from 16 possible ones and study fact sheets 
2.  Clarify company name
    Determine desired company name and check in company index for availability and legality.
3.  Compile incorporation documents. For common legal forms, there are checklists. 
4.  When starting a business, depending on the type of business a business registration (simple business) or a business license (qualified business) is required. Certain professions (special cases) are excluded from this regulation.
5.   If necessary/wanted, the company can be registered in the commercial register . The certification can be done directly on site.
